Dear friends of the Patton Foundation,

we would like to invite you to the opening of our exhibition "One week in September" on Saturday, August 13th at 6 p.m. in our gallery in 66119 Saarbruecken / St Arnual, Saargemünder str. 70.

There are certain days on which the world changes. 9/11 was such a day. The opening takes place on August 13th, 50 years after the building of the Berlin Wall. We close on October 3rd, the official date of German unification in 1990, which heralded many other events culminating in the almost complete disappearance of communism. We would be very pleased to see you on the 13th to commemorate the event 10 years ago which has influenced so much of our recent history.
